Defalut the current view from left to right

When I activate the excel software or click the next new sheet, it always
default the current view from right to left.
As a result, I always have to click the tool, option, international and
change it from left ti right. It is very tedious and last time I did not
encounter such problem.

Please advise.
 
I don't know if it will be helpful but this is Microsoft's explanation of
the Right to Left feature:

I find that whatever direction I set under Tools, Options, International,
Default Direction is the direction I get with each new workbook.
