Deer hunter froze my pc!!!

i installed deer hunter and now my computer's froze!! i want to uninstall it
but i can't even do that now! it will go into my desktop and then it freezes!
i can't get into safe mode.... i did unfreeze it once. all i did was hit
ctrl,alt,del and end now but at the time i didn't know it was deer hunter
that froze it so i installed it again and it froze but now it won't let me
end now! when i hit ctrl,alt,del it shows 52 processes in my task manager and
not one of them is deer hunter! i thiought about running the windows xp
install disc but i'm afraid it'll dmess up my settings! i'm networked to my
mother's and step father's pc so i don't want to mess anything else up!
Please help!

Hi Slimcraig,

Does this happen when you try to uninstall the game in
Safe Mode using Add-Remove programs?

If yes, did you install the game from CD or a download?
