decompressor error when inserting a video

I am trying to insert a video in to a power point slide
and I get a video not available vids:dvsd decompressor
error. I have followed the steps in Microsoft Support to
try to resolve the issue. I can get the video sound to
play, but not the video picture itself. Any help is
greatly appreciated.

I downloaded this Nimo All in One Codec Pack per the
below website, what do I do now???? The install still
gives me the same error message
