Debugging

Every time I open Ebay, I get an error. It says a runtime error has
occurred, and do I want to debug. I have no idea what it means or if I am
missing something. I recently had to play around with some registry keys
because of a toolbar that was automatically installed that I couldn't get rid
of. Please help me!!! So far, it has only happened on Ebay for some reason,
but I don't know why.

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, then place a check
next to "Disable script debugging in Internet Explorer"
and uncheck "Display a notification about every script error",
then click "Apply".
