debugging

I'm not sure what this means but on a regular basis my new computor flashes
a box which says ' run-time error - do you wish to debug?' .
When I hit YES - nothing happens. When I hit NO - the message goes away
but I can't access that particular website. How to I get rid of this pest ??

Hi

With Internet Explorer open go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and enable
'Disable script debugging'.
