Sometimes I get a message - Do you wish to debug?
Then runtime error.. When I say Yes, it goes into a
script window that I have no clue what to do. When I say
no - it goes away then sometimes it comes back. Any clue
as to what I need to do to get this to stop? I recently
have to do a complete system restore - computer has been
running great - but this occasionally comes up. Any
advice?

Try this:-
open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Check the box
against the dialog:-Disable script debugging > uncheck " Display a
notification about every script error.">ok/apply

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Disable Script Debugging and Display a
notification about every script error.

Disable the Script Debugger in IE (Line 142)

If you continue to get the errors after trying the above and/or the settings
become unchecked, rename mdm.exe
