debug/runtime error on opening 2002

I created a second profile for Outlook 2002 and set the mail options to
prompt for profile. If I close Outlook using one profile 1 and then try to
open it selecting the other profile 2 I get the error message,
Debug error (sometimes Runtime error) ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION
and it closes. If I try a second time it opens OK but then if I try to open
it with the first profile I get the same error message and have to open it a
second time to get that profile to work.

I "solved" all the problems. Norton Internet Security 2004, specifically the
anti-spam module causes runtime errors in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 when
they are setup with multiple profiles and you try switching profiles. I
tested it on 2002 and 2003 on two XP systems
I have used NIS for a long time but NIS 2004 sucks and Symantec isn't
talking about it. Beware
