Debug GPRS app when docked.

Hi All,

After docking the PDA, I lose my default GPRS connection when ActiveSync
kicks in, therefore not letting me debug my GPRS app when docked. The
following article explains a work round as per some previous post.
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms228708.aspx

.... but this requires a network which I don't have as this project was
supposed to be a quick do at home in your spare time job.

Do I really need to set up a network at home, buy an ethernet card to allow
debugging or is there an easier way round this.

Thanks in advance.

Please Ignore previous post.

I just changed ActiveSync settings to not connect automatically but connect
to 'Work', then when docked I can connect to my GPRS connection from PDA and
debug works thereon in.

I'm using VS2005 and trying to debug my app on a QTek s200.

Just changing the ActiveSync Settings didn't work for me. The device still
accessed the Internet via ActiveSync.

Read article and tried work that out but with no success.
(connected the device via WLAN (only local access) but did't not det VS to
connect , despite several tries)

Any other solution to this?
