Debug Assertion Failure

When inputting onto a form on the Internet I get a MS
Visual C++ Debug Library error in Explorer.exe, File
dbgdel.cpp, Line 47. Unable to debug - illegal operation
error and shutdown. Any ideas please? Never had this
before tonight!

As no feedback is given on the search we cannot pin point the error.

I would rule out parasite if you did not install any new software.
