I have Office 2003 SP1.
I am English and live in the UK. I have UK English set up as the default
language.
There are two things that bug me:
- When I type "Dear m" the thing suggests "Dear Mom and Dad". This side of
the pond, the word Mom does not exist.
- When I type in "Yours" at the bottom of a letter to sign off, it suggests
"Yours truly". Whereas the only correct ways of signing a letter are
"Yours", "Yours faithfully" if you are writing to someone whose name you do
not know, or "Yours sincerely" if you are writing to a specific person.
