Deactivate Menu Options

When my database is open how can I restrict the Menu Bar so that I can block
out
the commands under File - ie - Print Preview - Print - Page Setup. Also the
edit commands.

Take a look at creating your own custom Menu and/or Toolbar. You can
include/exclude whatever commands you wish.
