De-duplicating data

Hi

I have a CompanyStaff table which includes CompanyID, Forename, Surname and
JobTitle fields. The problem is that some staff are duplicate as they carry
more than one hat in the company. How can I extract unique staff from this
table based on CompanyID, Forename and Surname fields?
