Ddhelp caused an invalid page fault

OK, every time I go to Windows Update and /or other
internet sites I get a Ddhelp caused an invalid page fault
in module GLDD32.DLL at 0167:baa02037

Any ideas??

Ddhelp if from DirectX.
Do you have the correct version for your application?
