DDE Connections

Has anyone had any experience with the DDE connection
function in Excel? I am currently having a problem with
the mail merge project and it's saying that it can't "re-
establish a DDE Connection" ANY THOUGHTS! I'M DESPERATE!
 
Hi,

I had issues and it turned out that the excel sheet was too big!
cut and pasted the data into another sheet and renamed it an
everthing worked again

Is youe data source protected? Try unprotecting, then merge via dd
