DCX file compatibility issues

How can I open and read a dcx files using MS XP Windows
Fax Viewer that is compatible with a dcx file? The normal
Openwith solution doesn't provide the compatible file type
of dcx or pcx. I have been searching for a solution on
this one problem for most of the morning. Please point me
in the right direction.
