DCount Code Problem ?

THIS HAD NOW TAKEN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION, MUCH SIMPLIER
INSTEAD I NOW DIVIDE THE CUSTOMER RATE BY 2 AND THIS WORKS EXCEPT FOR THE
OVERTIME FORMULA. WILL RE-POST IF I NEED HELP WITH THIS.

That's good to know. I got snowed under with work and haven't spent too
much time looking at your database.

Will delete the database as per one of your e-mails.
