dconcgf doesn't see my VB class

I have a VB-built ActiveX.exe that includes three classes inside: Pricing,
Securities and Freeform. I ran the exe on the server machine to register it,
and I can find various keys for all three classes in regedit.

However only Pricing, the first one to be created, shows up in dcomcfg.
Since I can't apply access permissions, client machines can not call it.

Any ideas why this would happen?
