DCOM

I have DCOM installed and functional, but (there's always one) I am unable to get the "properties" dialog under "Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Component Services->Computers->My Computer->DCOM Config->"DCOM object""

I am unable to find any other components in TD that will help me
Any ideas

Try to add these:
"Message Queuing (MSMQ) DCOM Library"
"Message Queuing (MSMQ) COM Library"
Primitive: Kdcom

You may also need to try adding a registration for mqoa.dll by creating an
FBA COM/DLL Registration resource or by running the command "regsvr32.exe
mqoa.dll" from the command line.
