DCOM use over WAN

Hi,
We have a database hosted in our Uk which office which uses DCOM to
communicate between server and client.

I want to allow users from our US office to use this package, so what ports
would need to be enabled on the firewalls and how would i setup the DCOM at
both ends.

I have never dealt with DCOM so pls bear with me.

Hi,

Sorry but i didnt know where to post this question. We already have a vpn
between the two offices.

What do i need to setup on our local server win 03 server so that clients
can access the database using Dcom.
