DC Placement/Replication for Multiple Sites

Need advise on how to proceed on our ongoing Domain upgrade.

We have 10 different locations connected with at least 1.5mb connections.
All are fiber but one and the main location has a 10mb fiber connection.
Most locations had a NT DC. We are down to one NT DC left with three 2K
DCs. All the 2K DCs were staged from the main location. We moved the first
one out to it's permanent location yesterday. It is not replicating. I
have reviewed a lot of info but not sure which way to go. We want all
locations (sites) on the same domain.

what is the replication errors? any firewall in between the remote and main
DC?
Did you create new sites for each location, what about IP connectivity, can
you ping the main DC by address, by name? Do you have a DNS issue?
