db moved from 2003 to 2007 - autoexec not running

I have a db (mdb-format) in A2000 format that was running on A2003, but the
office where it's used upgraded to A2007 and are not getting some error
messages when they run the database.

It seems the autoexec macro is not running when they start up the db.
The user gets a "Security Alert" with an option to "enable the content" and
are allowed to open the db.

Can they permanently enable my db so it isn't halted when opening?
I'm assuming the security won't let the autoexec macro run.

Is there something I can change through a menu?
Perhaps such as the
Macro > Security > Set to Low
that I used to avoid the popups that appeared when A2003 was introduced?
I'm not at the site myself, but I'm hoping I can fix it via som explanation
to them.

They need to tell it that the folder where your database resides is a
trusted location:
Office Button | Access Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings
