DB access problem

Hi
i develop a asp application that use a access DB to work. If i lunch this
application on my pc all work fine, i find my data update, modify and delete
with no problem, instead if i try to connect with the same db on another pc
using connection string i receive the following error on internet page: db
is currently use by another user or you don't have permission to access db.
I set all possible permission on folders and db.
Any idea?
