Days to keep pages in history

No matter what I set the number of Days to keep pages in
history, after a week or two of clicking on links,
Internet Explorer stops keeping track of links I have
been to. The links won't change from unvisited to
visited. I have to clear history and start over. Anybody
having this problem?

Visited links not changing colors, may indicate a corrupt TIF index.
Start a new one. That may also clean your history problem.
