I work in a casino and time can not be changed until 7 am the morning of
Spring-Forward and/or Fall-Back, not the normal 2 am. Is there anyway to
make this happen with out going to every pc? Or some simple way to push it
through the network?

A scheduled script could do it -- you will have
to disable the automatic feature since it is only
going to work on the official definition of when
time is adjusted.

You could also run something like psexec to kick
off the job remotely. (Machines would change more
in unison the other way.) PSexec is part of PStools,
free from SysInternals.com

Actually, the free timezone.exe MS Resource Kit tool does exactly what it
sounds you need. Download the Resource Kit tools from Microsoft.com and you
will find it, then use it in a batch script.
