datetimepicker question

How to get the month or day of datetimepicker
e.g if day 1 it show 1, i want it to be 01

Moveover, can i change the datetimepicker into three combo box, one is day,
month, and year?

Ken,

1) create three date picker controls - all bound to the same field
2) change the format properlty to customformat
3) change the customformat to dd , mm, yyyy on each of the three controls
