hi,

i understand that datetime.now give me date time in hr and minutes? how do i
include the seconds as well?

Newbie,

DateTime.now or in vb just Now gives you
the year, the month, the day, the hour, the minutes, the seconds, and the
milliseconds (although the last is not in an overloaded tostring function).

Have a look to one of the members from DateTime for it.

'DateTime' has a 'Second' property. If you want to format a date, take a
look at the 'ToString' method and the article below:
