DATES PRIOR TO 1900- 12/30/1899 in particular

I am using Access 2003. One of the fields I use is a Date of birth field. I
have noticed that when entering a date of birth of 12/30/1899 they value that
is displayed is time(12:00:00 am) I have dates of birth prior to this date
and they show up correctly. The field is formatted as Date/Time. If I put in
12/31/1899 or 12/29/1899, it shows up correctly. Can some one please help?
Has anyone else ever ran into this problem?

Thanks for the link, I found it I just made the format mm/dd/yyyy the correct
value would show up
