Date updating automatically

Using the Invoice template in Excel 2000, how do I
prevent the date from updating automatically? I cannot
seem to find what I need to do to remove this. It seems
to be a macro I think, but what do I need to do?

Any suggestions?

I reckon it is done with a macro - which is passworded. You can overtype it
with any date, however.
