Date to show DD/MM only

How to format a date field so that I can only enter date and months only and
no need to enter a year?
 
Hallo,
You can do it but it's very dangerous if you want to sort the fileds by date
because Access will put a blind data for the year.

So what is the trick? This does not matter as I am having this field as an
increment date of an employee.

Could you help??
