date that updates itself daily, plus another formula please??

Hi, can anyone tell me if there is a function or formula that allows me to
display the current date in a given cell (e.g. cell A1), but that will
automatically update itself daily?

My intention is to remove any dates/entries off my spreadsheet that are
older than two weeks from the current date (as those entries will then be
outdated and not current jobs). I have the date each job/entry is entered
(created) into excel already displayed in col. B1 (keeping to one case to
simplify things). So I wanted to add a formula in cell C1 that says “ if
A1-B1=>14,â€â€,“.

Where A1 is current date, B1 is the date the job was put into excel, > is
more than, and 14 is the maximum acceptable amount of days, before the entry
(job) it to be removed, and a blank cell be put in its place ( ,“â€, ).

Has anyone any ideas how I could do this please – what formula I would need??

Thanks in advance for any help, and if you can see an easier way to do the
above, then please let me know – the date the jobs were/are entered are
displayed in col. B already, but other than that, the rest is still to be
created.

Thanks again,
Ted.
