Date>record association

Hi
I have a calender control on my form and when a date is
selected it enters the date into a seperate textbox
(''Date''). How can i work it so that when a date is
selected on the calender and shown in the textbox it shows
the record for that date and if non-existant then creates
a new one?
Any help arreciated, im stumped.

Please limit your posts to one group, or post the same message to multiple
