Date Picker format problem

When selecting a date from the date picker in my form it changes the order of
the month and day. Example - if I select Jul 2 2007 it will display as Feb 7
2007. I can manually type the date in and it is fine. Just a problem if we
use the date picker.

The problem with the form is only on 1 computer. It works fine on 2 other
computers.

I suspect this is related to settings on the computer.

Any ideas on how to fix this.

I fixed it by customizing the date in the Control Panel. We are using the
Canadian settings and I guess it is not compatible.
