Date Parameters

There is a website that explains hot to produce reports based on chosen date
parameters at:

Just wanted to know how to add to the report text fields that contains the
Date From and Date To fields in the report heading.
i.e. what formula or VB code to use so the report heading shows the chosen
date parameters.

You can add references in your text box to the exact same parameters as in
your query. Make sure, though, that you type the references exactly the
same.
