Date in Concatenation

I have following values in cells
A1=Faraz
A2=(Current Date)
A3=(Current Time)

When I type the formula:
="This file was created by "&A1&" on "&A2&" at "&A3

The result line shows date and time in format of numbers and fractions.

Any help would be highly obliged.
