"Date" function in VBA

hi all,

i have created a UDF using date function in VBA for getting system date
for some calculation.

but some computers do not recognise it as defined.
what could be reason.

Plz help.
 
Initial thought is missing references. In the VBE, go to Tools>References
and see if there are any marked as Missing, Correct them if so.
