IF I HAVE TWO COLUMNS OF DATES (ONE THAT STAYS THE SAME
AND ONE THAT WILL ALWAYS DEFAULT TO THE CURRENT DATE) AND
WANT TO CALCULATE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO, IN
MONTHS AND YEARS IS THERE A FORMULA I COULD USE??

Terrie,

Please turn off your CAPS key. Typing in all caps is hard to read
and is considered rude.

Use the DATEDIF function. E.g.,

=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"y") & " years " & DATEDIF(A1,B1,"ym")

See www.cpearson.com/excel/datedif.htm for more details about
DATEDIF.
