Date formula help

I need help with this badly. I can't seem to get my mind around a way to do
it in a balance due query.

Here is what I need to do. Say someone is paid thru 10/31/04 (makes him due
on 11/1/04) so he will get a fee on 11/10/04 then again on 12/10/04 and
lastly on the 10th of this month. After that we sell them so it doesn't
matter since they are off the books. Now I will need to compare the paid
thru date from now back 3 months.

Now I need away to show the fees as first fee, second fee and third fee. All
of this using the paid thru date or date due. based on now. God I hope that
is clear.

FirstFee: DateAdd("m", 1, DateSerial(Year([Payment]), Month([Payment]
+ 1, 10)

with 2 and 3 for the second and third payments.
