Date format problem

I am dumping data into Excel 97 however my date format is currently in
the US format (Month,Day,Year) and I need to convert to the UK format
(Day,Month,Year) any advice how I can rectify this "wee" problem??

Format/Cells, tab:Number. Select the date format you need.

Highlight all your dates and choose Format + Cells. Choose
the Number tab and the Date option. You can then choose
whatever date format you need from the list.
