Date format automatically changed

Hi, I have a very strange problem with the forms on my database. I have 2
tables and 2 forms, one has date & time, one just has date. On the table
with date and time, I have the format set as yy-mm-dd hh:nn, and the input
mask is 00\-00\-00 00:00;; and up until today this has been working just
fine. Now the computer has somehow managed to change it to 00\-00\-00
00:00;0; (I'm 99% positive that the last 0 wasn't there before!!). I have
things set the same way on the corresponding form.
On the table & form without time, I have the format set as Medium Date, and
the input mask as 00-00-00;; which has also been working just fine until
today.

My problem is, I used to have to enter the date as mm-dd-yy hh:nn, and
access would automatically convert it to yy-mm-dd hh:nn. But for some reason
it just stopped automatically converting this, so today when I type in
10-01-09 12:00 for October 1 2009, 12:00, the date is actually being stored
as Jan 9, 2010 12:00. As you can see this is a very big problem!

Does anyone have any ideas on why this suddenly started happening?!
Any input is greatly appreciated!!

I should note too, that the input mask on the table/form with just date has
not been changed, it remains as 00:00:00;; however I am having the same issue
as the problem below.
