Date field problem

I created an Access 97 database a year ago and it always worked fine. Since
this morning, it does not work anymore.

I received the error : This expression is typed incorrectly, or it is too
complex to be evaluated. For example, a numeric expression may contain too
many complicated elements. Try simplifying the expression by assigning parts
of the expression to
variables.

After a year, How can it become to complex to be evaluated?

I troubled shoot a bit to find out the source of the problem. It does not
accept my date format. Here an exemple : YearWeek: Year([MinOfDateReceived])
& Format([MinOfDateReceived],"ww")
Then I GroupBy to get results per Week.

Since when is this complex? The querie is base on a other querie which is
working fine.

Any suggestion?

Check your references.
Open any module in Design view (or click Ctrl + G).
On the Tools menu, click References.
Click to clear the check box for the type library or object library
marked as "Missing:."

An alternative to removing the reference is to restore the referenced
file to the path specified in the References dialog box. If the
referenced file is in a new location, clear the "Missing:" reference
and create a new reference to the file in its new folder.

See Microsoft KnowledgeBase articles:
283115 'ACC2002: References That You Must Set When You Work with
Microsoft Access'
Or for Access 97:
175484 'References to Set When Working With Microsoft Access' for
the correct ones needed,
and
160870 'VBA Functions Break in Database with Missing References' for
how to reset a missing one.

Found how to fix it. Create a new empty DB and export everything in the new
DB. I guess corruption was responsible.
