date and time

i change my time to the correct time and it always goes
three hours back, so i try to sychronize it and it still
goes back three hours after a little bit, i have the
correct date and time zone so i dont know what is goin on.

This may be waaaaaaaaaaay off base, but how old is your computer's internal
battery. That is the one thing that will do crazy things to your system time
keeping. Look inside, and/or check your manual. It'll be near the motherboard,
and looks like a big watch battery.
