Date and Time Properties - Help needed

Approx 1 in 4 times XP loads up, my time has reset of its
own accord to 8 hours previous eg when actual time is 1430
(pm), XP shows 0630(am). Date facility is always correct
however. This glitch is intermittent but irritating, does
anyone have a similar problem and solution?
