Date() - Access 2000

I have a (vital!) query that runs using the Date() expression as criteria.
It works fine on my access and my colleagues access (both Access 2002, but
another 2 of my colleagues who run Access 2000 can't run they query. It
gives the following error message

"Undefined Function "Date" in expression


Can anyone help, this is really causing us problems?

When the common, built-in functions produce errors, this is typically a

It is likely to be the Refernce errors.
