DataTimePicker controller on SmartPhone

I need your help.
I want to find a datetimepicker controler on the windows mobile phone
2003SE. Just like the one on which the machine to adjust the date and time.

smart devices framework.

Thank you very much. I had used the OpenNetCF 's DataTimePicker But it
seems no use.So I think it can't be used in SmartPhone. With your help I
know that the newest OpenNetCF may support it.
