Datasheet view setup

Hi,
I am new to Access and I was wondering if there a way to
have the field headings in the datasheet view align
vertical instead of across (like, row headings instead of
column headings?)

Hi Rebecca,

Do you mean sort of transposing the rows and the columns? If so, look up
Crosstab Query and Pivot Table in Help.

Or if you want to have the field labels vertical above ordinary columns,
I don't think it's possible on a datasheet but it can be done on a form
by using one of the controls at http://www.lebans.com/xrotatetext.htm
