Datasheet Search

I am using MS access 2003 and I have a datasheet populated with name /
address data. I want to allow the user to CTL-F and enter a name to search
for and then position the datasheet at that record. I do not want to
filter the datasheet though.

Can you point me in the right direction?

If you first place the cursor in the [name] field, it will work
exactly as you have requested.
