Datagrids... the possibilities??

I have a windows form that contains a datagrid

i use the datagrid as i think this is the easiest way to show my data but
its not always easy to read

Can i change the column headings (my database ones are not user friendly)
can i change the width of individual columns (the free text fields are
sometimes quite large)

and why when i have a field which contains the date and time does it not
show the time???


Any help with the above 3 questions would be great

You can change the formatting as well.
