Datagrid slow painting

I have a datagrid on a form and the datagrid is being populated via an OleDB
Data Adapter and Dataset with approx. 112,000 rows. I've noticed that moving
the form or resizing the form is extremely slow!

The Data seems to load fairly fast around 12 secs, and scrolls good. It's
just the form repainting that seems to be the issue.

Any ideas??
