Datagrid - make readonly?

Hello -

I was wondering if there is any way to prevent users from doing a copy and
paste from a datagrid.

I can't seem to find anything on this --
 
There are some JavaScript tricks you might be able to use, but your users
could always look at the source and do a copy paste from there.
