DataGrid grayed out in Toolbox

The DataGrid control is greyed out in my toolbox. I tried adding it
again to my toolbox by adding
c:\ProgramFiles\MSVisualStudio8/SmartDevices/SDK/CompactFramework/2.0/v2.0/WindowsCE/System.Windows.Forms.DataGrid.dll
and adding it to the toolbox, but it's still grayed out.

How can I get it active again?

Thanks for your assistance.

I checked the thread and it says to modify a file CompileDesign.bat. I
checked my whole drive and I cannot find such a file name. Do you know
if there is, perhaps, a different file name for VS 2005 using VB?

It is SP 2003 project? DataGrid is not available on SP 2003. If not, have
you tried resetting toolbox?
